Shipping Policy

We ship Monday - Friday (excluding certain holidays) 

 

Most orders take 2-4 weeks to process before they ship. The AceRetroGrade team is working as best as they can to provide a quality product to our customers. We very much appreciate your patience  

 

Even if you selected an expedited shipping service at checkout, the expected delivery window shown at checkout is not valid until AFTER our order processing time.

 

This does NOT include orders that contain pre-order items. If your order contains pre-order item(s), your order will not ship until every item in your order is ready for shipment, unless otherwise specified on the product page or requested by the customer.

During busy seasons (e.g. the holidays or during the shipment of popular drops), processing times may take 1-2 weeks longer than usual. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience in advance.

We are not responsible for any import/customs fees incurred by shopping at our store.You are responsible for any import/customs fees or taxes assessed by your country of origin. We will not notify you of any import/customs fees or taxes. If you do not pay any import/customs fees or taxes charged to you, please understand there may be a delay in the delivery of your package until the fees are paid or the package may be delivered back to us.
